ROBERT R. FRETZ is Chairman of the Board of Fretz Construction Company. He is a native Houstonian and a graduate of Saint Thomas High School and Texas A&M University. He has been employed at Fretz Construction Company since his graduation from Texas A&M in 1949. Mr. Fretz has a degree in Civil Engineering and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. He assumed the Presidency of Fretz Construction Company upon the death of his father in 1967 and served in that capacity until 1998.
